What is it?

POV Members v2 is an exciting new PERSONALIZED and CUSTOM built application developed by POV to allow clubs and organizations to easily manage and update membership information. Members v2 also lets you publish general membership information, club information, club photos, rules and regulations, audio and/or video messages, fairway maps, tours of your club, and nearly any other valuable information you may want to include.

Personalize your Members v2 software title and shortcuts with your organization's name (eg. Woodbridge CC Members). POV Members v2 comes in an easy to install single CD package designed specifically for both club management and club members. Complete Windows installer and uninstaller setup packaging is included in all versions, as well as Macromedia Shockwave™ Player and Macromedia Flash™ Player.

With POV Members v2 software, clubs and organizations become even more of a community. Think of Members v2 software as your clubs little black address book of friends and associates. Once members install Members v2 on their computers they have instant access other members phone, address, E-mail, spouse's names, PHOTOS, and virtually any other information you would like to publish. Users can even keep their own personal notes for each and every member.

Unlike traditional web site directories, your members can actually use POV Members v2 without being connected to the Internet. Anyone who travels with a notebook or needs to disconnect from the Internet in order to use the phone can certainly appreciate POV Members v2's performance advantage.

Updates only happen when they are available and when members choose to update. By downloading updates only when necessary POV Members v2 is many times faster at looking up member information than comparable Internet based solutions.

The POV Members v2 manager software lets Club Management create, administer, update, organize, launch E-mails, and more right from your desktop... When your done making changes simply use the POV Members v2 "Manager Update Tools" to make your changes available to your membership for download from the Internet. What if members are working on a computer without POV Members v2 Member installed. POV can also supply you with the programming to publish your membership roster directly to your web site as HTML. Once your have exported to HTML members can access the roster from any computer with an Internet browser from anywhere in the World!

Installation Instructions

1.) Click on the link below and select "Save" to save a copy of the members.exe to your hard drive.

2.) Once saved to your computer double click on the members.exe file to unpack the installation files on your computer.

3.) After unpacking the files double click on the setup.exe file located in the directory where you unpacked the installation files to begin the software setup.

4.) After setup is complete click on the program shortcut on your desktop or from your Start menu.

5.) Fill in the demo registration page and enter "rundemo" in the software key field.

6.) You can also try out some of the Manager Update Tools by entering "rundemo" in the password field when prompted.
